Modern Seidr/Norse Shamanic Healing

Modern Seiðr (pronounced "say-der", and sometimes called ‘Norse Shamanism’) has its roots in centuries-old spiritual practices from Rae’s direct Northern European and Icelandic lineage. Rae is a dedicated practitioner, or Seiðkona, with advanced training. She does not call herself a Völva or Shaman.
