Modern Seidr, (sometimes called ‘Norse Shamanism’) is based on centuries-old spiritual and healing practices from Rae’s direct Northern European and Icelandic lineage. Rae is a dedicated practitioner with advanced training.

The word Reiki comprises the two Japanese characters, rei, meaning universal spirit, and ki, meaning vital life force or energy. Rae is a certified Reiki practitioner and offers beautiful Reiki sessions to help facilitate healing of the mind, body and spirit.
